Sorry to hear you are having problems. Did you want to try and correct this or have you given up?

I've had a 8320 with T-Mo for almost 2 years. I've had no issues. Sounds like you have a bad one.

Belive me i tried. i even did a fresh install. wiped with JL_Cmder and reintalled the os made sure it was checked n the list and still i have one more attemted and im gonna try to install with out the battery. that should fix it all. but if t-mo cant tell me how i can fix it then i dont need to be calling back and forth . im not a bb tech but i've been abel to fix all the other issues i had excluding the radio, that was hardware issue, as i type the installation is just about finished. HAHAH IT WORKED. WELL LET SEE HOW LONG it will work for...

Maybe with all the bad units you have had, you can talk to TMO's retention department about letting you upgrade to the 8900 for a very good price!

I have an iTouch and an 8320. I hate typing on my Touch, but hate doing everything else on my BB these days. I don't have the answer, but I don't personally see the iPhone as the answer...
