    Lightbulb Getting old e-mails on your new BB 8330 for Sprint

    I don't know why I don't know how to do this, but I had just replaced my curve and i want to reaquire all my old e-mails that are not on my device but on in my e-mail inbox. How do I go about syncing them basically, I am not running on a BES but a the BIS. Anyone helping is much appreciated.

    You could always try to mark the emails as unread on the server and see if then your email service be it hotmail, yahoo or gmail would push them back through.

    Lowercase....

    If you still have the old unit try the Switch Device application in Desktop Manager. I am pretty sure it will back up and restore your messages as well as profiles, settings, etc....

    Yeah totally, but it's actually for a customer and they didn't have the stuff backed up, which was my first thought. I LOVE DTM. Makes my life and berry happy. Joy!

    I actually just tested this with my hotmail account and it worked. I marked the email as unread and moved it back to my inbox. It took a few minutes and poof it appeared!!
