    i was searching around to see why this message was being sent and it mentioned that it was due to the BES or a redirector being installed. the solution was to uninstall the redirector and load the normal BIS Desktop manager.

    I did that and i still get the messages. Any ideas on how i can do to stop receiving these messages.
    I am now using BIS. Is there anything else I need to update, besides, uninstall, and re-installing?

    When that was happening to me. I had to delete my service books on my phone and then resend them!
