I have a user who gets daily messages in her inbox that read like this: ... BlackBerry Curve forum
I have a user who gets daily messages in her inbox that read like this: Network@etpxxxx.etp.na.blackberry.net The x's are numbers and are diferent each time she gets a new message of this type.I have never seen this type of message before. Any ideas? Is this from RIM or the carrier (Verizon)? The subject line of each message is the same and is as follows: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2
Does it say that the purpose of the message is to carry data and not to delete it? If so she has installed desktop redirector.....
Agreed, please see this BTSC Document for more info

Is this a BIS user? If so, have the user go into Control Panel and Add/Remove and use the Change/Repair to change the installation to BIS.....also need to delete the desktop service books (CICAL and CMIME).
Let us know if you need more help.
