    Email situation

I had my bb curve 8310 since June. Unfortunately I just got a crack on the screen so had to order a replacement. I got the new one and for the email I created a new one. Earlier today I realized that by using the desktop manager I could just transfer EVERYTHING to the new one. But I already made a new email on this one that I really want to keep.

My question is, how do I erase my old email and keep the new one?

Log on to your carrier BIS and delete the email you don't want off there.

BlackBerry Internet Service. Sounds like you set up your e-mail from your device. BIS enables you to do this from a PC.

What device do you have and who is your carrier? Please fill that information into your profile to help us help you better.

Are you talking about the {carrier}.blackberry.net e-mail address?

Here ya go. It might tell you it's already in use, though.

Try logging into the BIS with your old username and whatever the password is you used to create the account from your device.
