I must be missing something but I cannot find email filters anywhere on my Curve. I don't see the option in any of the menu options in messages or emails. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can apply filters on your BIS page.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Filters should be in your Email setup.

    Depends on what you set.

You can set it so certain email is not forwarded to your device, say from a specific email or person. Or you can set certain emails to be forwarded as a level 1 message so it gets sent to the top of your email.

    Really customizable.

Here is the link for sprint:

it's always greener with the other carrier...

Well, I finally found the place on the T-Mobile web site where I can set my email filters. However, it says that my account is not set up with that capability and that I need to refer to my phone. I have the Blackberry unlimited option on my account so I don't understand that. There is no where on the phone to set up filters.

Tmobile only has keyword filters for email. Kind of a pain for spam. Unfortunately the way tmobile is set up with blackberry service, the BIS gets your email before your ESP making it impossible to add a filter since the email goes to your device before the email account
