Ok, first off I want to say sorry... I know you guys have seen this a million times.

I just got my BB yesterday, and I'm totally confused. Before this phone I had the T-mobile shadow, with Windows Mobile6.. And this is a complete change for me. Things were more simple on Windows, and after you get used to one program, it's hard to adjust to another. I'm havin a few problems...
1 - where and how to download new skins/themes
2 - how to edit homescreen icons
3 - how to add new apps
4 - downloading the pinstack launcher. I tried the instructions on the site, but there is no "download"... idk

Any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks

    1. Click on the Theme section, you can download it OTA or desktop
    2. Go to your main screen, hit the option button twice and you should be able to move, hide etc..
    3. Go to the software section, just like the themes you can download them OTA or desktop.
    4. Download it OTA, go to pinstack.com using your blackberry and download pinstack launcher

    Goodluck and welcome to pinstack!

    Neezy Welcome to the Stacks!

    1. Check these forums: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...allpapers.html

    2. This can only be changed via THEMES.

    3. Add new apps via the Desktop Manger look here: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...249#post534249

Adding via OTA(over they air) you need the link to the app and a data plan.

    4. Did you try this link with your BB browser? http://www.pinstack.com/ota

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ red, your link for the launcher worked. Thank you very much. I plan on playing with the theme stuff tomorrow. I want to get thme via OTA.

And when I was talking about moving the icons, I was referrring to the home screen, not the app screen.

I still have some tricks, and learning I need to do but.... Man I love my BB! :-)

Any other helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. L8

Homescreen icons are always the top 5 or 6 icons you have in the top row.

Move which ever ones you want to see in that top row and they will be there.

    hope that helps.

You'll find that the BB OS is simpler especially since you don't have to open the task manager to fully close your programs.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
