    Easy Unlocking a Curve?

If I bought the Curve for $99 on AT&T instead of the $249 on Tmobile and want to have it unlocked so I can use it on TMobile how easy would it be to do that? Then I would cancel my AT&T service keeping the Curve for a lot cheaper using it on TMO.

What is the best way to do this?

if you cancel your service we(att) want the phone back other wise you have to pay full retail. When/if you pay retail for it we will give you the unlock code free of charge

I have, in the past with other providers, done the open a new line to get the phone discount and canceled it within the alloted time without penalty of paying full price. How is this different?
