Any chance device can be saved. Took battery out and dried with blow dryer. Set out over night. When rebooting, error code 507 appears on screen. Suggestions?
    Thanks!

507 just means no os is on your device. you might be good to do but if i were you i would take the battery back out and chunk it in a bag of rice for a day or so before proceeding.

I heard leaving it in a bowl of rice will help get all the moisture out of the device. Not sure if you can save it after turning it on though.

Rice? Interesting. I keep those little moisture absorbing packets out of shoe boxes just in case.

Sometimes it takes a few days. Leave it off in the bag of rice for at least 48 hours if not longer. I got a curve wet this summer and after several days it was 100% but after 1-2 it was flakey rebooting after a few minutes.
