    Hello everyone,

I have a 8320 Curve and just upgraded my software for the desktop or PC from version 4.2.2.14 to 4.3.0.17, but i dont get the Media manage icon. I think is call device manager( to tranfer music or videos to my curve)> has anyone encounter this problem?

    thanks for the help.

    Check C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\
See if the app is there.
Seems like your shortcut is gone.

    If not download from:

Actually you want to check and see if there is a C:\Program Files\Roxio directory to see if it even installed the media manager....where did you get the download from...the BlackBerry site has the version with and without media manager so make sure you downloaded the proper version

how can you tell which version has the roxio and which doesnt? I have installed version 4.3.0.15 at home and it shows Media Manager, but i cant find version 4.3.0.15 anymore(i got from the website) for my work PC. All i get now is version 4.3.0.17 now, and this doesnt show Media manager when i start Desktop manager.

When you download from the website it will either say with media manager or without. How big is the file you downloaded to install the Desktop Manager.
