Deleting Unnecessary Applications
Hi again bb addicts. You've helped me solve my problem with my one missed call icon. And now i just have a miniscule question. Is there any way to get rid of these useless programs installed on my curve as default. I mean things such as the streaming music; music id; and all this unnecessary mindless apps? Thanks in advance for your help.
Yes you can remove applications you don't want in the following way:
The ones i want to get rid of are not listed there . Oh well; thanks though
What apps do you want to delete? You can always "hide" them.
yeah but i wanna make room for more valuable apps. You know, i wanna delete these dumb apps such as: shop themes, shop games, shop multimedia, musicID,Telenav GPS Navigator, shop tunes, shop graphics, shop tones, shop applications, music apps. all unnecessary crappola.
most of those shop icons are not apps they are just links and do not really take up space. They are simply links to websites.
well, I thought they were but aren't they annoying? lol thanks!
yeah they are annoying the best thing to do is just hide them.

Well, it worked. No more stupid icons. Thank you all for the suggestions. I did as suggested and deleted them from the sevice books. Thanks again.
Keep in mind that when you ever need to resend your service books ~ All those icons will come back. With ATT it is part of the data plan and there is no way to get rid of them permanently.
I just create a folder for mine and stick them in there or as others suggested, you can hide them.
