    Deleting/Resending Service Books!

Ok, how exactly do I delete and resend my service books? Every call that comes my way is going straight to voice mail. I switched sims, battary pull and everything. The only thing I haven't done is delete and resend service books which I have no idea how to do.

I tried searching for it but all I get is "delete and resend your service books". Nothing says how to do it, unless I over looked.

    Someone let me know! Thanks!

You don't have to delete your service books for voice issues. Try checking your call forwarding options. Goto your call log >>>>press the menu key>>>>goto options>>>goto call forwarding. Make sure Forward unanswered calls is selected there. If busy....no reply and not reachable should have your voice mail box number. I hope this helps!

Everything seems fine in that section. But this morning I was getting calls with no problem. Let's see how long this lasts.

    Thanks for the reply.

    1. Go to your providers BIS web page (same place you set up an email account) and there should be an option to Send Service Books
    2. Depending on your device if you have a set up wizard or email set up icon on your phone you can go into that apppication and find a send service books option.

    push service books

options > advanced options > host routing table > clikc the options button and select "register now" This will resend the service books. Also you will get a text message that you handheld has been registered with the network.
