Hello, I've been a lurking pinstacker for a while now, but for the first time I actually need help.
My Blackberry Curve 8310 stopped working last night, and I'm not sure why.

It is on, and everything works except the buttons!
The keyboard, the trackball, side buttons, power buttons...
    Nothing works.
I've tried battery pulls, letting it sit off overnight, nothing will make it work!

    So I'm asking for advice...
Any suggestions of things I can do to fix it without having to replace my phone?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Ryo,

Any idea what caused this? Drop? Water exposure?

Have you connected to your PC to see if the device is recognized? If it is, you may want to consider reinstalling the Operating System to rule out software issues.

After that if the problem persists it is most likely a hardware issue.

I had it with me at work. It may have gotten damp.
It was not dropped or actually submerged in water in any way.

I have connected it to the PC, and it is recognized. I made a backup as well.

Is there any way to clean the keyboard connections or something?
