Hello everyone, I have a low memory problem, and my phone keeps telling me my sim card is full when I receive a text.
I checked my database sizes, and I have 536.1k under "content store".

I only have about 3 emails saved, and no text messages. All of my pics are on my sd card, where is all of the content (536.1k) at?

    Thanks

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~are you saving your text to your sim card?

You should clear it. Its safe to clear it because the applications will just restore what they need. Thats way too much though.

Using Desktop Manager while BB is USB connected:

Application Loader>Advanced>Find Content Store in right column and highlight it>Click Clear.

Make a back up before doing this just in case. Let me know how it works out.

I was saving texts to my sim, unknowingly of course. I changed that under options, and I am about to try and clear the content store using DM.

    Lets see what happens. Thanks

I connected using USB, and could not initially find the advanced tab. After I clicked next, then I saw advanced, but did not see anywhere to find content store. It did ask me if I wanted to clear all application data, which I did (bad move). So I got an error, and had to reset. But I backed up, so I'm good.
Even after the reset, the content store is still there. 536k.

I fixed it. Sorry about that I meant Backup/Restore...not App Loader. Good thing you made the backup .

I got it, I appreciate the help. It said I had 25 items, and when I cleared it, I had 21 left. Guess I had stuff that couldn't be erased.

    Thanks again
