Curve User Tools Disk

My disk just sits in my tray spinning... "Initializing" is on the screen in the software window, but nothing happens after that... just spins.

Any ideas... More importantly, is there anything on the user tools disk that I need to install? I already downloaded the Desktop Manager from RIM... 4.2 SP2, I think...

Haven't tried, but one of the other items on the CD is the Users Guide. This should be available from the Support Website also. You can find all the support documentation for the curve from this webpage.

My disc did the same thing. I had to reboot my computer and then it worked fine. I hope this helps.
