I have no click. this has to be the best phone i've ever had, in all respects. functionality, craftsmanship, cosmeticly. A++ to RIM.

I would have to agree, i think the build quality is superb! I have even dropped a few times, no issues.

    Re: Curve Side Rails

Omg I was just about to post about this issue too. It's not really noticeable and it doesn't bother me when I use the phone and it doesn't hinder the phone's performance in any way. I just notice a small click noise when I push into the side of the volume keys. But I don't notice it at all unless I purposely push into the side. I was wondering whether or not I had a defective phone but I guess other people have had problems with this too.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~does anyone else have a wifi symbol next to the mute button? I just got a replacement curve and it has that but my original didn't? I was just wondering.

No issue with my 8310, but i have seen it before. Hopefully my replacement that arrives tomorrow (DOA for the reboot on a call issue) won't be cliking either!

mine did as well. I ended up just getting a hard cover for it. No more problem.

    Re: Curve Side Rails

I complained about this problem above but I just received my new pink skin a couple days ago and now I don't even notice the problem when I push into the sides. Before I was using my black skin and maybe because it was a bit stretched at the sides I was able to notice the squeaky noise. But now with the tight pink skin the rails seem nice and sturdy.

Just remember, as long as the phone is in warranty, its replacable. Give them an easy reason ( 5 button doesn't work). If asked if you reset, got the new os, etc just say yes. They never check those things anyway
