    You just stated the problem, all stores have been out of stock for at least a month. I called 4 stores in the Phoenix area and all of them said they had no idea when they would get them in. One store said it would be another month! The reason I was able to get the Curve through telesales was because I was already under the retention status and I guess that takes priority.

    There must be a Sprint store within a reasonable distance that has the unit in stock.
    Just exchange the whole package for another asap. You need to get Cracken

    While I work, I popped in an extra BB battery into a customers Curve and it gave me the "crossed out battery" sign. I figured it was because the battery was the wrong model.

    One week later and I still don't have the replacement Curve from Sprint. But UPS tracking says it should be here today.

    dang.. that sucks.. (i hate delivery ANYTHING) hope you get it today and i hope its a better device

    It did come in yesterday and I am now posting from my new bb curvem. I am so excited!
