    Composing MMS Help...

    Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with my blackberry curve 8320 with T-Mobile. Every time I go to Compose MMS from the messages screen, I get this "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException" I tried a cold battery pull but it did not fix the problem. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have never had this problem before. I am running on v4.2.2.180 (Platform 2.5.0.36)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Could be a memory issue...

for cleaning your memory as jhowle suggested it may be a memory issue.
    However if this doesn't work,
you should probably reload your OS or do an OS upgrade.
For the latest OS for your 8320 go here:

Call Tmo. I know Verizon has technical support that specializes in BlackBerry devices. See if Tmobile has the same.
Holler at me if you need some fresh ringtones.

They do... all you need to do is say "BLACKBERRY" at the first prompt and you'll bypass the normal CSR stuff.
