Are you enabling mass storage mode when you connect to your PC? Or did you unlock your BB using the leaked RIM MFI multiloader?

If you remove your media card from the BB and use a card reader can the computer see it? And what 's your setting for "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected"?

When you get home try the card reader, then you will narrow it down to a card problem or a BB problem. Does the computer see your BB as a mass storage device at all and just not see the contents/files on the card, or is it not even recognizing the BB?

I had a run of bad luck with some (4) speed rated micro sd cards.
That may be a possiblity, those would not show either way.

    Hope this helps ....

ok, will do that with the card reader. that is the odd thing, it used to show a BB icon under removable storage but now it shows the pic of a file that may need a program from the internet to assist helping it play. when i open it though i have no problems seeing the ringtones, videos, and documents.
