    RIP Jdilla...
    To answer you question....
You need to remove the e-mail account(s) you want see H-mail E-mail first then re-add them to your blackberry BIS account. After that point any "new" E-mail which is in a HTML format will come across that way on your blackberry

    Resend Service books

you don't need to remove the accounts, just resend the service books and the option for receiving html emails will be available.

Delete the old email service books. Do a battery pull. Then resend.

My html email images are not auto loaded. I have to go to options to force them to get images. Is that normal for html email? I am running .52 on 8300. Thanks!

I have 4.5.0.52 on my AT&T 8300. I resent the service books, and I still don't appear to be getting HTML images. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In your messages folder, make sure 'enable html email' is set to yes, go to menu-options-email settings, when you are in the messages folder....~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

That setting had been enabled, I had checked it earlier. Just on a hunch, I went ahead and did another resend of the service books, and a quick test showed that the images are now being received. I'll keep monitoring.

Could also be a bug in 4.5.

Hope that will be fixed until toe official releases are available.

Mine is set to HTML and auto load of images and what happens: Right! Nothing I have to load images manual.

    My 2ct
    Peter
