Tried installing under a new profile, no luck. Still hangs on Rim Composite Device. I have cleaned everything out including the registry, I don't know what is interfering with the instal/recognition process. Maddening.

I point Wizard to the driver file, it picks up Blackberry Device and installs it. Then Wizard comes up again wanting to find Rim COmposite Device, I try pointing and searching etc but it cant find what it wants and says cannot install.

    Successs!!!!

I compared the device manager USB drivers on the comp that worked with those on mine, mine was missing the USB and Composite dirvers so I looked where they were stored (Windows\System32\Inf), pointed the wizared there and voila, it loaded and now it is working. WHat a pain in the a$$. Thanks to all who helped.
