    Got it, thanks. Your suggestion is good, but it sounds like Grampy has explored those options and there are no missed calls in the logs.

    I think creating another missed call by calling the cell from another phone and not answering it, then checking the call log should clear the indicator.

    Another suggestion but may seem a little extreme what if he tries bellshares new smartalerts and create a missed call alert so he can try and see if it will delete also. The app is good and can set the alert and then maybe. But like I said a little extreme since its still in beta
