    Thumbs down Cannot Receive Calls

When I am connected to WiFi, I can make outgoing calls, send and receive text messages, but when no incoming phone calls. "The Number You Dialed Is Not In Service" This has been going on since day one. T-Mo says it's my router and I need to go to a HotSpot Location or it's my ISP is blocking the calls, so call them.

In the meantime, I turned Wifi off, so I can get my calls.

Any ideas as to what may be wrong? Some setting or something?

Which router are you trying to use it with?

    Re: Cannot Receive Calls

Have you tried router without security turned on. Is there a firewall enacted on the router that may be blocking calls? If allof these are disabled and still getting problems, it may be in your ISP provider as T-Mo suggested. What provider are you using and is it DLS or Cable, and what is your plan speed? Just some background that may help us help you.

I've tried it on several wireless connections, some secure, some are not, I'm not worried. The 8800 is still here
