Can you stream anything on the 8900? The curve is a great device but in reality is it all that much better? Just for the people who have upgraded from there curve please. And no slobber gobbish about the phone. That's kinda annoying. If its great then excellant but again is their that much more that can be do with it using the internet?

    Thank you.

Streaming media I really don't use but if I do I just use youtube which the videos are still choppy. Need hi-res videos for hi-res screen. Wish they had flash player so can play hulu. Streaming radio haven't tried but heard slacker is good if you have unloimited data.

    Slacker is awesome.

Typed in Rush and it created a station for me that streamed great classic rock mixed in with Rush every 3rd song. When Triumph "Magic Power' came on I was convinced Slacker is worth buying.

Damn cool, with clear, crisp audio.

    Try it now.

Installed Sling Blackberry player earlier, made the mistake of not creating a user account, now its stuck in an endless loop not allowing me to create an account, just enter a non existant one. Guess I have to uninstall and reinstall. Joke.

    Slacker is a must have.

Uninstalling Sling now, and will try it again shortly.

Edge is painful, 2 bars made a 30 second cache time lag. Wifi is the way to go obviously.

Using Slacker and it is very good. YouTube is okay...I don't use it much but it works on the 8900.

youtube is pathetic on the 8900.

It crashes, causing the device to reboot.

Yuck, I'm done using youtube until an update comes out.
