    Can,t see files of memory card on media-help

    Hello friends !

    Transfered some songs on memory card using media media manager on my desktop on ma Curve 8310

    Then I found can't go through. Songs,pictures,videos & ringtones on media at device.

    They are on card , I can see images using camera>view pictures , but can't see on media application of my hand-held

    Checked memory of card through options>media card , it showing memory is in use , but can't view my files.

    Help plz

    did you disconnect the USB cable?

    also try a battery pull. it's a good general fix for just about anything.

    I tried battery pull sevral timesn but no results , how would I get my data back, so I can listen my songs

    You can try not using the media manger and just do it thru mass storage mode. That's what I always do and have never had a problem.

    Try this. Go into media, music, menu, explore, media card, and see if it was put in the wrong fileset under "blackberry" rather then "music". Hope it helps.

    I would go with Eddie's idea. I done that lots of times. Then all you got to do is put the music inside the music folder. Then everything was good.

    You also have to make sure the music files you put in are mp3 or a file that can be read by blackberry. Because if its not readable it won't show.

    I was able to view all pics, now also I can view through :-
    Camera>view pictures

    But can't see in media

    If your device connected to your desktop and mass storage is enabled your device cannot access the sd card until you are disconnected. Is this perhaps your problem?
