Can Someone Please Explain The Whole Coverage Thing To Me?

I have T-Mobile, switched to AT&T for one day and switched back because I had no reception in my house. I thought that they both used the same towers so theoretically, their coverage should have been the same. In the meantime, T-Mobile lowered my unlimited plan to where it's now about 1/2 what AT&T charges so all and all it was a good move but I still don't understand the whole tower/coverage thing. Do they share some towers, all towers, no towers??

Thye can share towers but there is no gaurantee they are doing so. Coverage is everything! I tried T-Mo but had to go outside to make a call. I like you went right back to AT&T.

You did the right thing and went back to where you have coverage.
