Can I add a personal email acc once Enterprise Activation is in place?

    Hello,

    I'm new to Blackberry devices.

I have a user who was using his carrier's redirect to forward messages to his phone from our Exchange OWA.
Now that he is on our own BES server, he claims his is not receiving his Comcast personal email.

Does having Enterprise Activation disable his personal email, or can I still add another outside acc with pop3 or imap protocol.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

The only way for him to get his personal email is if he has BES Plus provisioning. That is BES and BIS, which generally costs more

    I hope that helps

Pardon my ignorance. We have our own Bes, but what is "provisioning"?

the answer is yes you can, you need to sign up for it on that particular carriers BIS website. Ive been with sprint, nextel and att and the BES plan does include BIS as well.
