Has anyone come up with or found out a way to turn off the camera shutter sound?

Sorry, let me add it's a 8350I BB Curve. I've tried some of the free apps that are out there and it's not working.

The best thing I've found is BerryAnnoying. It's a couple of dollars, but very easy to use and well worth it IMO.

if you have a screen capture utility like capture it you can take away that sound
set it to one of your convenience keys and that will work no problem!

Berry Annoying doesn't work with the 8350's from what I understand so to spend money on an app that doesn't work is useless.

Note: BerryAnnoying will most likely not work on CDMA devices (xx30 models).

There are a few apps out there that will do this, but I don't know of one specifically for the 8350. BerryAnnoying would have been my guess. Talk with the developer and see if they'll let you try it out for 'testing purposes'. It make work for you.
