I tried that and when I forward the bb and then dial it, I get an 'invalid number' message.
If I dial 001403770xxxx from my blackberry, the call goes through without problem.
When I forward, the bb converts 001403770xxxx to +1403770xxxx
Yes. You are right.
I also have the same problem.
I use my 8320 only for emails and internets only.
I also have done call forwarding my 8320 to my another cell phone.
+ sign is also in the prefix there.
I tried to call my 8320 just now.
I cannot call forward calls to my cell phone too.
Thank you for reminding me.
I will bring back this BB 8320 to service station tomorrow.
Nope doesn't work.

Wish there was just a *72 forwarding or something.
it is confirmed my phone 8320's call forwarding function doesnt work.
Same as yours.
The phone in and out have no problems except call forwarding.
Problem is my bb service station here said that the phone is needed to be sent back to Canada for repair.
But I live in Hong Kong.
What a service.
I wonder if other 8320 have the same call forward problem?
This evening BB hotline returned me a call and try again with me the Call Forwarding.
Funny that it works again.
Probably last week when I did the call forwarding to the another phone line which was engaged and therefore it was failed.
Anyway, my 8320 dont need to go travelling to Canada for a Repair.
