I have a user whose having a problem with the calendar on his Curve. First, we are not a BES shop. We use a third party product called Notifylink to sync our Outlook data to the device. We do a OTA load of calendar items and they show up. But the calendar options list zero entries even though all 86 are displayed. In addition, if you try to open one of the items you get the following error message. "External deletion occurred. Data may be lost and viewer will close." The calendar items are still listed in Outlook, but the device doesn't recognize them. It is as if the native calendar app is not seeing the data contained in the calendar. Has anyone experienced this, and what do we do to correct this. Thanks.
