    will be buying an 8320 on ebay soon... if something were to go wrong with it, can i take it to any tmobile store and get it fixed? it should still be under warranty, no?

    All T-mobile phones should have a 1yr manufacture warranty. As long as it is software or hardware related and not damaged by the user, then T-mobile should be able to replace it for you.

    Yes, I suggest you get equipment protect ( insurance coverage) from tmobile. when you get one from ebay, immediately go to tmobile, ask retailer for insurance add on your account before you come to tmobile what you have problem with your curve and they will might replace your device thru insurace coverage. SMART MOVE!
