    Bluetooth services BB<>SONYERICSSON problem

Hi i couldn't find this anywhere on pinstack but here's my problem,

its been like this with all sony ericssons i mean all as in i tested about 5 different SE phones ( k550i,k790i,k850i, w300, w810,w960)

I paired my BB 8320 (os .184) unlocked tmo on rogers. to all these SE phones, but when i try to push a picture or ringtone onto the bb it fails. I looked on the services available (bb side) and it says the SE is connected but only Media remote service is available. I've tried refreshing the services but it still only says media remote.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Have you transfered from other devices?
I ask because you may not be following the correct procedure for bluetooth incoming transfers on a BB.
    To receive files via bluetooth:
On your bluetooth navigate to the foldern you want your trasfered files to download to e.g.:

    Media/Pictures/My pictures

Push the menu button, hit "receive using bluetooth"
    follow on with the transfer...

hey guys i still cant send files from the SE phones to the berry. Its not a problem when im connected to moto phones and lg. when i set the berry to receive files and send the file from the se they dont find each other at all. I even tried it while they were paired with no luck. i really hate having to transfer files through the computer usb ports

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

All devices have to be paired to the BB before they can send or receive files via bluetooth. Once paired then you can use the procdure Carbon recommended.

reddog- i did pair these suckers together still a no go.
checking on the services available its still only media remote i tried refreshing services but still the same.

it says when i check options on SE Service supported: AUdio remote control target

and when its paired on the bb side it says only :
    A/V remote control

    any ideas?
