All you need to do to set up email is find the email set up icon on your 8310 and then follow the steps given. Did you and your friend use your PIN numbers when trying to add each other?

well the problem was that the internet wasnt ready, now it is, and it works

anyways, is there a way to mass delete images/pictures?

If you have the desktop manager software installed you can do it from there, if not just plug in your BB with the USB and run Windows Explorer. And look for picture files on your BB then delete them.
