    BlackBerry Curve charger

Hmmm, I've seemed to have lost my charger! However, I managed to find a generic-type looking charger in my closet. It's labeled with the company name "UT STARCOM." Input: 100-240V~0.2A (50-60Hz), and OUTPUT: 5V (1A). It fits perfectly into the BlackBerry, and charges! This is safe to use, correct? I'm sorry if this question is weird. Just worried. I couldn't live without my precious CrackBerry.

As long as it fits into the charger port and the BB is charging, it should be compatible.
The Motorola Razr chargers are compatible to the BB's as well. It shouldn't harm the device but
don't force it into the charging port in any way or you will damage the unit.

Alright, thanks! I do have a RAZR charger also. I'll stick with the generic-type charger I'm currently using.

Too bad all phone manufacturers don't use miniUSB ports.
