uhhh... didnt circuit city go belly up bankrupt?? they shut down all the stores in kansas. from what i hear, the whole company went under, so if thats the case, i dont see how they can still sell this, with a 2 year contract none the less.

I would trust this. CC is completely shutdown unless they sold the name and a new company is taking care of things.

Systamax bought the rights to the website and it is back live. The stores are still closed but the website is legit.

This is not really Circuit City but only some one using their Logo. Heck I never even trusted Circuit City much less these people in Bronx, NY.

The commissions that cell carriers pay to independents for signing up new customers are huge. I had a friend who was a liaison between T-Mobile and their non company owned retailers. She said that if one of them sign up a new family plan, the commissions could be as high as $800 depending upon length and program. At those prices there's no reason why they couldn't give you the phone for free.

Dude you need to relax and stop that bull of stereotyping "less people from the bronx" who are you anyway. I was only looking out for people who want to switch that's it, I thought I was a better deal than the $49.99 deal amazon is offering.
