    Question Blackberry 8300 IntelliSync issues

    Hi All,

    I have a question. One of my friends has a BB 8300 and when he tries to sync his device he gets an error message saying "Duplicate records found on device" and that's it. no other info and at the time Intellisync is trying to sync calendar.

    Any thoughts? if you need to see a screen shot then please let me know and I'll add one or email it to you.

    Chet,

    Try this: (I am assuming from your post that the Calendar is the issue)

    Launch Desktop Manager / Back up and Restore (with device connected)
    Click Advanced
    Scroll down to the calendar database and click Clear

    This should correct the issue. If it does not please post back.
