I have an 8320 OS v4.5.0.52 platform 2.7.0.66 and just downloaded 4.5 about 1 month ago. Its unbelievable but what I am having a problem with is my BB messenger conversations keep deleting. Ill be conversing with a BBM contact and then go to check a text and come back and my whole conversation is gone. I tried deleting BBm and put it back on but that didn't work. I have an 8 GB sc card thats says I have 6.2 GB of memory remaining. I also have sent the service books numerous times. Nothing works and Im getting p*ssed. Does anyone have any suggestions? I dont wanna have to re-install the OS but if I have to i will.
    Gyros anyone?

your memory card is only for media, your bbm convos won't be saved there. Go to Options/Status and what's your file free?

WOW that's low, less than 1/2 a mb it should be up over 10, 000, 000 or 10mb at the least. Reboot your BB Alt/Rt Shift/Delete or do a battery pull and report back with your file free then

thats better, roughly 8mb. Try deleting extra apps you don't need, extra themes too, they take up a ton of space. Keep an eye on your file free, here's a link that will help give you ideas to keep your free memory higher http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ad.php?t=22541

If this doesn't help stop your convos from deleting, post back and we'll try something else

Keep an eye on it, see how fast it drops and follow the tips in the link I posted for you, ajust settings, clear browser cache etc. Reboot every night before you go to bed or every morning when you get ready for work. That alone will help manage memory better.
