    Battery Life?

I usually have to throw it on the charger every night. If I let it go two days it's almost dead by the time I get home. This is with hardly any calls and mild to heavy internet usage. What are you guys getting?

I use my BB heavily on most days, so I get about 18 hours out of it before I have to charge it.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~Well I have to put it on the charger every night. But I am always on the phone and internet so I think that your battery life is good like my for what you use it for.but I'm talking about a good 10 hour day of just being on it and the lowest it has gone down on me is 20%.

have you tried turning back your vibrate options, they say this is the big battery killer..as soon as i did this I noticed longer life immediately, i also turned town the backlight.....hopefully this will help, I talk on my phone pretty regularly for I don't have a house phone and often check email through the day....lasts me about 2 days, if I'm really light on it, up to 3 days!

    Re: Battery Life?

some pretty heavy battery killers are apps left running in background, vibrate and backlight. adjusting these 3 can give you significant battery life improvement.

I keep JT always running and backlight on. I'm too blind to be squinting at my screen whenever I use it, so I have to charge it every night.

    Re: Battery Life?

There is also accessory options to help. Seidio sells a slim extended battery and a full size extended battery for various bb models. I've used their slim extended battery in the past with my old 8100 and was very pleased with the resulting battery life.
