Mine is worse. I will charge it all night and by 7pm or so, I'm down to like 20%. By nighttime, my battery is completely drained. :'(

Your battery drain doesn't sound nearly as bad as Kyoot's does, Mac.

How long have you had your device? Could be you just need a new battery.

There's also a thread on this forum somewhere describing the apps that should and shouldn't be running in the background. Could be there's something running that shouldn't be, causing your battery to drain faster. It's been a long day or I'd search and post the link for you, but that's my two cents!

Holding the Alt key down while simultaneously pressing the escape key (immediately to the right of the trackball) will show you what apps are running.

Well why the panic at 95%? Does your battery not get you through until the next charging opportunity? I guess I don't understand the issue with 95%........if your signal strength was 95% of full would you be as panicked?

If it is that big a deal go buy a new high cap battery......

    That was my thought process.
I can go days without charging.
