    Welcome to PinStack!

What other types of files are you trying to send?

Do you have software on your device to do so? There is software called Documents to Go that comes packaged with most BlackBerry OS's, but it needs to be activated in order to send files like that. How long have you had the device?

I'm sorry. I am not familiar enough with Docs2Go to direct you any further, although it sounds as though you are on the right track.

So are you attempting to attach a document to an e-mail and it's not working, or the e-mail just won't send with the document attached?

Keep in mind that there's a limitation in file size that you can attach on BlackBerry® devices to send emails, also have you tried deleting the email account off of the device, reboot and re adding the account?

I have tried send email between 10 - 100 kb, if I try send a file such as doc, xls, etc, always show warning ( your device not supported this type attachment )
