The curve supports microSDHC, and RIM reps have said the microSDHC devices should support up to 32 GB microSDHC cards.

So (this may be a dumb question) but does the Curve support microSDHC cards? Just got the new one from T-Mobile.

Yes they would have to be micro to fit into the curve. It seems a bit strange that BB says upto 32gb but my site that I order from says upto 4gb?

Not a rip buddy - that's not what we do here... just letting you know that your answer was literally right above your question...

So the question was asked, and the theoretical answer was given, BUT has anybody actually tried a larger that 4gb card?

If they have & had it been successful I'll expand from a 512mb.

    Please advise

    Greetings,
I previously had posted that the blackberry website states that up to 2gb are supported. This is in their on line documentation. I've seen lots of chatter to the contrary, but nothing confirmed...officially.
    YMMV

Re: Anybody Had Any Luck With 6gb Sdhc?

I've seen another thread in this forum with someone posting a link to the 6GB micro sdhc card, and am pretty confident it will work and so will the 8GB ones coming out.

*Edit* I check the first 3 pages of this forum and found a couple thread's about this concern and some user's who said they bought the 6GB card's, i would research those thread's and PM those user's to get an idea. But the curve does support micro sdhc and should support those card's.. I believe you just have to enable mass storage is what i see people have been posting in those threads.

There is a confirmed answer that the 4GB micro sdhc cards, BB and Carriers have stated or posted they "support" up to 2GB's because most companies and stores for the carrier's are only selling up to 2GB cards. We just started advertising the new Nokia 6555 (Inferno) supports up to 4GB which means we will start selling 4GB cards soon.

    Melissa, heres a link from scandisk.com http://www.scandisk.com/Products/Item(2447)-SDSDQ-6144-SanDisk_microSDHC_6GB.aspx

I have a 6gig card but have not been able to get it to work. I have read other posts where people have got a 6gig card to work, but me personally I have not.
