    Question Alt key remapping?

So, I do a lot of number crunching on my new Curve, and I find that it's a total pain that the alt key is RIGHT next to the numbers. I hate having to hold my phone in an odd way to type numbers. The 7 button is especially a pain since it places both thumbs right next to each other and you really have to be precise. I never use the right shift key and it would be great if this could be an alt key.

This may have already been addressed but I can't find anything about it after searching.

Hopefully my first post is a worthy one!

To keep numbers continuously flowing pres the at key then the caps key---works like the caps lock on the computer but will keep numbers going

Actually that just keeps the caps on.

That's a good question and Synd is right it only activates caps lock, but a good question needs a good answer. Any ideas? ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Alt + left shift = num lock
Alt + right shift = caps lock

Then just hit shift (either one) to go back to normal. Hth!

When in doubt, pull the battery out.

I also think that (alt, then roll the track ball up) will enable number lock
