Question Ahhh- Push it! Browser Options help

On the Curve (and assuming other models), under the browser options, you have

the ability to clear history, content cache, pushed content, and cookie cashe. Can

someone please explain what these are and why I should or shouldn't clear them as

often as possible. And specifically, what does PUSHED CONTENT relate to?

    Thanks

Here is what they are and do.
Clear History: Similar to IE history, it will clear the BB memory of the sites you have visited.
Content Cache: Everytime you visit a site, files and images are stored in a cache file so that the next time you visit that site, it will load the page faster. Clearing this will save memory space but will cause site pages to load slower since the browser has to redownload all the files again. Not clearing this periodically may result in viewing of older content unles you refresh the page to get new content.
Pushed Content: If you sign up online via the BB to have content pushed to your BB (such as weather updates) it will store that info. You can clear it here. To remove pushed content you would need to unsubscribe on the site you signed up at.

The reason to clear these periodically is to save memory space. The more you browse the more files will build up. Clearing them will regain that memory space. Similar to a PC when you empty the temp files.
