    8900 TMO PICTURE/VIDEO MESSAGING



    HELLO FELLOW BERRY USERS.

    MY GIRLFRIEND HAD THE ABILITY OF GETTING HER HANDS ON 8900 BERRY AND SHE'S HAVING A SERIOUS PROBLEM....

    SHE CANNOT SEND (AS MMS) NEITHER VIDEO OR PICS THE MACHINE SAYS SHE NEEDS TO REGISTER THE BERRY???

    I STILL HAVE MY 8320 AND NEVER HAD SUCH PROBLEM...

    I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL HER, INSTEAD I TOLD HER I WOULD ASK SOME GOOD FRIENDS... LET ME KNOW,

    IM TIRED OF THE HISSIE FITS..... LOL

    Does she have a blackberry data plan?

    If she does she needs to go to her TMO account and register it to the network. Should be on the main page on the bottom left under Messaging. The link should be Blackberry Email set-up.

    It will probably ask to input the IMEI and PIN so it registers to the network. Also you can send out the service books needed to send MMS. That should also be located there.

    You need to call TMO and have them add the device to her number or log on yourself and change the device, im not sure how that works with TMO other then that I dont know if putting in the MMS settings in options for TMO will work or not..
    It takes many professionals versed in many different area's to help the masses, I am just a single drop in that pool.

    If she doesn't have a BB data plan then she will need the BB Enabler Add-On that will push MMS and T-Zones service books to the device without having to have the full data access. It will cost her nothing to have it on there, only for the messages she sends/receives and any extras she buys through T-Zones. Once that is on there, have her send a picture message to herself to verify it is operating.

    Call TMO and have them put the BB Enabler on her line. The enabler changes the lower case edge to upper case. Which means that data is allow to be sent from the phone.

    Options>advanced options>host routing table> select the menu button (BBlogo) and select "register now"
