It says my device software is up to date. My current version is 4.6.1.133. I have tried using DM 5.0 and 4.7.
I would first try uninstalling any other OS' installed on your PC and try going through DM again. If that doesn't work, I would try the Loader.exe file.

If you upgraded through DM, it should have created a backup of your device. I'd do a partial restore and restore just the calendar database. This should remove the one currently on the device and replace it with your old one.

I went to the blackberry site and then went to the software for the vendors.. I chose Tmobile and i put my number in and it let me grab the .231, I did it cuz I wanted to put the leak BBM 5.0 on and I did not have the device software on my computer. Worked for me.

I have to say the audio is a ton better for music. Greatly improved.

Not seeing better battery life either. I didn't have much of an issue with it.

I had the .250 from Roger's but downgraded to this release since it's my actual carrier and I'm not noticing a difference in battery life over the .250, but I didn't expect that I would. Now over the stock T-Mo OS that came on the device, most definitely.

Sorry for the back-to-back posting. Meant to answer that for you in my last post.

The audio quality was one of the biggest pet peaves with the 8900. The audio is much clearer and louder with this upgrade. I've noticed the battery life has improved also. It helps to keep your WiFi turned off if youre not using it. Check to make absolutely sure unused apps are closed and arent running in the background.
