Very sorry to have disappointed you Ice. I shouldn't have been so impetuous...especially since you alerted me to the pre-release deal. I'm so darn happy with the 8310 I just bought another one in perfect condition from another Stacker in order to get me through till Magnum. Hopefully it won't have a buried trackball and the browser will be further refined

The 8900s browser is IMHO improved over the Bold. It doesn't render pages super small.

Agreed with bajanbastard on this one and it just keeps getting better and better after each update (note that it DOES NOT NEED updates to be a great device).
    They got the 8900 right

Hey Ran, does the 8900 have a 3.5mm headphone jack and does it use micro usb now or one like the Curve?

hope you don't mind me answering OP, but yes pdxmatts, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and uses micro usb now. you'll be packing away all your old accessories.

    -edit-

That's ok, I just can't wait to get my 8900. It's a long story, but I have to wait until release day.. Thanks for answering so quick.

Those are pretty good reviews. I don't put a lot of stock in 2 day experiences but most of them seemed to have a lot of BB notches on their belts. It's about what I expected, to be honest. A Bold that you can put in your pocket.
    BB Pearl, Seidio rubberized case.
