I think somebody wanted to get funniest post. I have blown out my berry. Everything is working great. As long as you do it right, nothing will happen.

Computer compressed "air" cleaners contain numerous volatile and toxic compounds. I would not recommend using these because of the reason stated above and the high pressure the gases are expelled may displace internal hardware not manufactured to withstand this pressure. If you must use a cleaning device I would suggest getting a device from you local art supple store that uses a compressed canister of CO2 (no other chemicals) the device has adjustable output pressure. These are used primarily for various photography preps to create a sheen clean look on plants and flowers prior to photos. Oh yes, ensure that the device is set on the lowest flow pressure or the effect will be like to an air rifle on high settings.
    Happy cleaning

My Curve and Bold get blown daily... it's like a ritual to me... I get out the wipes, felt cloth and a bottle of air... my co-workers and wife both say I'm a little OCD with it. LOL

I do blow mine regularly. Never the inside of it though. Just the keyboard and screen. And I clean the screen a lot. Im a little crazy about keeping her pretty.

There are two things to think about when blowing out any device, moisture from the compressed are can get in the phone and cause damage, also when you blow dust around it can force dust into the screen

    My 2001 SVT Cobra's "blown"

    (has NOS too)

As far as BB's go, I do used the canned juice to clean out the keyboard area about once a month.

Lol I love getting a foam cup and put a drink in it and hold the can upside down and spray the cup. Gets it frosty. But as my bb getting "blown" I did a lot with my pearl but idk about the 8900 yet. Usually just get a cloth or a cotton swab and clean it out.
