I've got an unlocked 8900 on T-Mo. Started using YouMail a couple months ago but couldn't get the conditional call forwarding to take the YouMail number from my phone. Kept getting an error. Called customer service and they were able to do it manually. Did think too much about it as thought it was something to do with the number.

Now have a need to forward all calls from time to time and am getting the same error, "Forwarding number XXXXXXXXXX not set for All Calls. Please check the number and try again." Thought it must be a carrier problem as the number is good.

Have now been through 3 levels of T-Mo support over the last 3 days with no resolution in sight.

Anyone having similar problems or have any idea what's going on?
