I used to say that I didnt need a camera for anything, but there have been a few times lately that Im glad I did have one. Things that I have done at work I needed to send a picture to my boss (he has 8820). They have the same corp. idea that everyone else does about having cameras at the office. Ive got an 8320, and the rest of the company is spread between 8820s, 8700s, and so on.

Alot of Defense job; civilian or military, maybe NASA cant have camera phones, alot of manufacturing facilities may not let you in if you have camera phone. But with military, i noticed the GI Blackberries are OLD SCHOOL lol.

I have an unlocked 8320 running on my ATT service. The faster web makes all the difference for my use. I mean, can EDGE be any slower? Don't have a need for the @home. Never go over my minutes, don't run into too many places with no signal. Don't like the bigger size of the 8800 series, but miss the thinner body of my old 8800 (but not the keyboard).

I am a rent-a-cop and I find the camera extremely useful I can take a pic and email it to command.
I'm a security guard also and I found having the camera is a help full tool, the other day we had a scuffel with a person who was trespassed, and decided to give us a fight, I just snaped some pics and e-mailed them to the director, I'm just waiting for the OS upgrade so I can video record, so this way we can cover our asses when we are in a blind zone..

I sometimes wish I had the 8320 with uma (I am with att), that could help lower my bill, but as far as productivity this 8820 just rocks, and GPS. Is unveliebably helpfull , for mw much more than a camera, besides at some federal buildings you can't enter with a camera phone.
My only complain would be my 8820 isn't very friendly with bluetooth,as it receives some interference. ~via BB(wap.pinstack.com)~

Well after testing the Curve for a few days, I definitively got back to the 8800.

Better keys, better design, better feeling (all imho) And: I don't like that Standbykey of the Curve as it's hardly reachable.

The curve by far love everything about it I do use the camera and I wish I had the 8320 as opposed to the 8310 as I want to have wi-fi for everything.

Well, I used to have an 8800 and liked it. BUT, I think by far the curve is the best blackberry out in the market right now. I mean, unless you absolutely can not have a phone with a camera, than why not the curve? The 8800 was a good phone as I said, but the keyboard was trash and the phone was a little on the long and akword side for myself. It's all about the curve, what can I say!

8820 does look better, if I knew the 8820 is coming out for T-Mobile I could of waited. I'm also the type that can live without a camera, but it is nice to have.

the 8800 series of phone, the keyboard is really hard to type on, but the Curve has a nice keyboard. I just can't wait for a HTC Blackberry either with Blackberry sync on WIN6, or a Blackberry OS. HTC make the nicest keyboards. Take a look at the wing. (not the OS but the keyboard)

Re: 8820 or 8320, Which BlackBerry Is Juiciest?

So in todays news, if I have this correct, there will be an 8820 with both GPS and WiFi? And there is also OS 4.5 coming very shortly? I have the 8320 TMO now and love it. Just wish that I had the GPS. Could have used it in NY yesterday.
