    8320 rebooting

    Hello all,

Well I have had my new 8320 for about 3 weeks now and I don't understand how I could have live with out this device, It Is AWSOME!!!

I have one question, my 8320 reboots by itself at ramdon times I have seen this action about 4 times in the 3 weeks that I have had my device never on a call or while activily using it allways when the device is iddle.

I am not connected to a enterprise server.

is this normal behavior and I should not worry about this?

    Thanks in advance

    Re: 8320 rebooting

I had an 8700c a while back that did this but i got errors. I learned from tinkering with these erros that sometimes a factory wipe and reload fixes a lot of erros with blackberry devices. Goto the support site for your phone, download the current oe latest firmware and try reinstalling from scratch. Let me know if that helps.

If none of the step works above, try exchanging the device. Goodluck

No, it isn't a normal behavior and I would say that since you are within your exchange period if you really wanted to you could do that.
Otherwise visit this link for the latest OS for your 8320:
and this for how to install:
I recommend a device wipe prior to the install using JL_Cmder:

If none of the above suggested by Lava works, check your contacts for your battery. It could easily be that.

    Good luck
